Join us for a day of fitness, wellness, and community at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex -- 3000 NW 199 Street in Miami Gardens. Get your passport to good health stamped as you explore health screenings, fitness activities, wellness resources, and a fun-filled 5K walk/run for all ages.
The day begins at 7 a.m. with our Fit & Fabulous Delta Dash 5K. Online registration for the 5K is $35 for adults. Reduced registration fees are available for students.
Immediately following the 5K, join us for a free health and wellness fair at the same location from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Let’s take steps toward a healthier future—together!
