2020 Vision and Continuing Education Funding
Delta GEMS held their monthly meeting Saturday, January 18, 2020. The young ladies participated in a discussion on the myths and facts related to human trafficking. They learned firsthand the impact of human trafficking on our community and ways to protect themselves and their peers. Several sorors, including our Chapter President Flora Jackson, chimed in on the conversation and answered questions. The young ladies also participated in a community service project where they donated and organized books to be delivered to the Easter Seal.
The next meeting will be Saturday, February 8, 2020.
