On Saturday, October 26th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., join the Dade County Alumnae Chapter's Physical and Mental Health and Educational Development Committees and the City of Miami's Parks and Recreation Department for this educational event which aims to inform and engage youth about the hidden dangers of vaping and how it can lead to addiction. Through interactive workshops, real-life testimonials and expert presentations, participants will learn about the harmful chemicals in vape products, the health risks associated with vaping and the ways nicotine addiction can take hold. The event will also include discussions on peer pressure, strategies for resisting vaping and resources for quitting. By the end of the program, attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of how vaping impacts their health and future, empowering them to make healthier choices. Special guest for this event is Gospel Recording Artist Uncle Reece.
